From Textmate to Sublime Text 2

I am very used to Textmate and I use a lot of keyboard shortcuts. As I learn the equivalents in Sublime Text if they are different I will post them up here. I am thinking that since it uses the TMBundles that there won’t be a lot.

If you have any of these put em in the comments and i’ll add them. For now the list is short and some things just don’t exist yet but I think that Sublime is going to grow. It is hard to fight the urge to just switch back to Textmate but I am tired of waiting for the update that just isn’t coming it seems. Especially with the problems I have had with Textmate since switching to Lion.

In Textmate In Sublime Text 2
Multiline Edit (pressing option/alt to edit multiple lines) Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down
Close Tag (Command+.) No Known Equivalent
Complete Current Word (Esc) Press Tab, if there are multiple options then use Ctrl-Space (I changed my Key Bindings due to Quicksilver being Ctrl-Space for me and made it Ctrl-Shift-Space.)

  1. The Close Tag command has been added in v2102 (right now only available as a dev. release: http://www.sublimetext.com/dev )
